KAYJAY ENERGY SERVICES NIGERIA LIMITED was incorporated in Nigeria as a private limited liability company on 14TH April 2010 with certificate No. R.C. 880791
The company is primarily engaged in the business of supplying skilled Nigerian labour and logistic support services for Oil and Gas group of companies executing contracts in Nigeria and to other foreign-based companies working for Petroleum Prospecting companies in Nigeria and to other Nigerian companies.
KayJay Energy services have the practical capabilities to handle and execute the following activities, maintaining the best quality of standards.
- Project management services and facilities maintenance/upgrades
- Maintenance of Gas Plants facilities, Flow Stations and rotating equipments
- Skilled Nigerian manpower professionals supply ( drilling and production facilities)
- PSV calibration and recertification services.
In all Kayjay Energy Services will provide specific support for the project and will deliver Nigerian staff, logistics, Foreign and Local Procurement, Community Relation Management, Safety Organization, etc..
We have a dedicated team of standby Engineers and Technicians who can professionally carry out the following services
- Repair, Calibration and Certification of Electronics, Electro-pneumatic and Pneumatic Instruments
- Pressure testing of High Pressure Control Valves manufactured by Willis, Fisher, Masoneilan etc
- Pressure testing, inspection and re-certification of Pressure Safety Valves (PSV), Surface Safety Valves / Actuators (SSV)
Community Relations Management
At client’s request, Kayjay Energy Services can act as a go between for clients and project host community. This is to ensure a smooth and cordial atmosphere during the duration of the project and allow for cordiality between the Company and the host community. This is done by prudent intervention mechanisms that allow for dialogue between community expectations and legal obligations of the company.
The overall goal is to ensure a harmonization of differences on both sides to allow for smooth operations of clients’ project execution, this is a novelty consultancy area that keeps Kayjay Energy far ahead of its competitors. We maintain very positive relationships with most CBOs in the Niger Delta Oil producing areas, which cut across the various ethnic groups Ijaw, Itsekiri, Akwa Ibom, Rivers etc.
Safety Training Traditions
Kayjay Energy Services has a well established HSE policy which is upheld by all staff and contract staff. Our manpower supply / consultancy services, ensures that clients are provided with local and skilled manpower that are well equipped with safety skill procedures. This is to ensure operational efficiency and minimize operational hazards arising from operational activity on site. We organize training and retraining of the manpower resources that we provide, this is to ensure that the quality of services attract further retainer ships and also guarantee client productivity efficiency.
We can also on Clients request organise SAS/HUET Trainings (survival at sea and Helicopter underwater escape trainings) for the personnel we supply to get them properly certified if they have not been already. BEFORE BEEN SENT ON BOARD..

On Clients request we can source for and provide local machinery, spares materials, cables and hoses etc our wide range of contacts and procurement supply sources both locally and internationally positions us as an effective and time bound procurement proxy, this we understand will minimize downtimes and associated operational losses that might result due to non availability of strategic spares and specific supply items which might be required for delivery at short notice for clients operations, our procurement includes but not limited to the following,pumps,metal steel & rubber supplies, engine systems and spares,Auxillary spares,hoses,nozzles and couplings, valves and gaskets etc.the list is endless you make the request and we provide..
